Wash Park Sparkle can provide an estimate based on your home size and desired services. However, each and every home is different so our first time cleaning your home will provide the most accurate estimate.

I am based out of the Wash Park neighborhood and am willing to commute in a 10 mile radius of Washington Park.

• Dusting:

o Dusting all surfaces, including shelves, countertops, furniture, and electronic devices.

o Dusting and wiping down baseboards, window sills, and other trim.

o Dusting light fixtures and ceiling fans.

• Vacuuming and Sweeping:

o Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and upholstery.

o Sweeping and mopping hard floors.

• Kitchen Cleaning:

o Cleaning and sanitizing countertops.

o Wiping down appliances (stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher).

o Cleaning and sanitizing the sink.

o Cleaning the exterior of kitchen cabinets.

o Cleaning the inside of the microwave.

o Wiping down small kitchen appliances like toasters and coffee makers.

• Bathroom Cleaning:

o Cleaning and sanitizing sinks, countertops, and faucets.

o Cleaning and sanitizing the bathtub or shower.

o Cleaning and sanitizing the toilet.

o Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom floors.

o Wiping down mirrors.

• Bedroom Cleaning:

o Changing bed linens (if requested).

o Dusting and wiping down furniture.

o Vacuuming carpets and rugs.

o Cleaning and dusting baseboards and window sills.

o Living Areas and Common Spaces:

o Vacuuming or cleaning upholstery on furniture.

o Dusting and cleaning all surfaces.

o Vacuuming carpets and rugs.

o Cleaning and dusting baseboards and window sills.

o Wiping down and sanitizing frequently-touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, remote controls).

o Bed Linen Changing

o Trash & Recycling

I only use the highest end cleaning supplies for all homes. If you have any sensitivities, allergies, or preferences please let me know.

While all of our services will leave your home feeling sparkling and fresh, our deep cleaning service goes the extra mile. Deep cleaning will include blinds, light fixtures, vacuuming furniture, dusting baseboards, and any other needs you may request. I always recommend first-time clients to start with a deep clean so we have a beautiful foundation to work forward from in future cleans.

Prices will vary by the size and detail of your home. Generally pricing starts at an hourly rate of $40, but the most accurate way to receive a quote will be to give us a call and schedule an in-home visit today!
